Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear. Please ensure you refer to the size chart carefully before making your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a hassle-free exchange and return process with a few simple terms:

 Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product, an additional ₹70 exchange fee will be applicable.

Exchange Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Product Availability: Exchange is subject to stock availability. In case the requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit.

Exchange period : We accept exchange request from the customers who have placed it within 7 days of receiving the product.

 Return Policy

If you wish to return any product, an additional ₹100 return fee will be applicable. 

Prepaid Orders: Refunds for returned items will be processed to the original payment method. We will initiate refund process within 24 hours after the product is received. It may take upto 7-10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

COD Orders: Returns for Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded as store credit only.

Store Credit Payment Guidelines (COD orders): When a store credit is applied on COD orders, the remaining balance amount must be completed via UPI or card. COD payment method is not available for balance payments.

Shipping Charges: Please note that shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable in case of returns.

Return period : We accept return request from the customers who have placed it within 7 days of receiving the product.

Reverse Pickups

Serviceable Areas: Reverse pickup will be arranged at your location if courier service is available.

Non-Serviceable Areas: If your area is non-serviceable, kindly self-ship the product to us.

Pickup Attempts: A maximum of 3 pickup attempts will be made within 24–48 hours of your return/exchange request. Please ensure availability to avoid delays.
